About the role
Planstin Administration is looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone a strong working knowledge of website design and management (preferably in Duda ) and a solid foundation in digital marketing. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to support digital campaigns, maintain and improve the company website, and help implement marketing automation workflows.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who’s ready to grow, contribute, and learn in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
· Own day-to-day website updates using Duda — including layout edits, content refreshes, and page creation.
· Ensure web experiences are optimized for usability, mobile responsiveness, and lead conversion.
· Collaborate on landing pages, CTAs, and SEO implementation.
· Assist in developing and executing digital lead generation strategies (social, email, web).
· Help manage and monitor LinkedIn campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
· Analyze campaign performance and make data-informed recommendations.
· Support email and workflow setup using platforms like GoHighLevel.
· Build nurture sequences, forms, and tags that enhance engagement and customer journey.
· Assist in A/B testing, tracking, and reporting.
· Create or adapt assets for use in social media, email, and web (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
· Help enforce brand consistency across channels.
· Support event, expo, and internal marketing needs as they arise.
· Partner across marketing, sales, and product teams to execute integrated campaigns.
· Be ready to shift gears, wear different hats, and contribute wherever needed.
Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience (internships count!)
· Experience managing or designing websites (preferably in Duda)
· Familiarity with marketing tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
· Exposure to SEO, analytics tools, and A/B testing practices
· Design skills a plus — even better if you’ve used Canva or Adobe tools
· Highly organized, flexible, and curious
· Strong communication and collaboration instincts

Planstin's Employee Benefits:
The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Planstin Office)
