About the role

Develop AI-Powered Automation Solutions

• Implement, test, and deploy LLM-powered automation tools that understand complex healthcare workflows, provide accurate insights, and adapt to diverse data contexts.
• Integrate and manage structured and unstructured healthcare data sources to enhance AI-driven automation capabilities.

Fine-Tune Generative AI Models

• Adapt pre-trained language models to healthcare-specific use cases.
• Experiment with fine-tuning techniques to optimize model performance for automation and decision-support tasks.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and refine training strategies accordingly.

Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Architecture

• Develop and optimize retrieval mechanisms to identify relevant information efficiently from healthcare data repositories.
• Refine response generation to produce coherent and accurate outputs based on retrieved knowledge.

What we're looking for

Requirements

• Proven experience building Generative AI-powered applications.
• Proven experience in traditional ML techniques like neural networks, CNN’s, xgboost etc.
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying large language models.
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture and its applications.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with information retrieval techniques and tools, including relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to adapt to evolving requirements in a fast-paced, customer-driven startup.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
