About the role
We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build at the intersection of the Plenful platform and our customers’ most critical operational challenges. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll own the design and delivery of customer-specific solutions, from building integrations with healthcare systems to developing automation workflows and training lightweight ML models tailored to customer needs.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer you’ll play a key role in shaping how Plenful partners with customers, scales solutions, and translates real-world insights back into our core product. You’ll collaborate daily with our technical, product, and commercial teams, ensuring platform solutions are both technically sound and strategically impactful.
This role reports directly to our Head of Product Solutions and offers significant scope for growth as the company scales. You will be expected to deeply understand our platform, our customers, and the complex systems they operate in, so you can build solutions that deliver measurable outcomes across healthcare organizations.

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to our internal team and at times customers, helping them maximize value from the Plenful platform.
- Collaborate with engineering
- Translate customer and implementation requirements into clear product specifications for our platform engineering team.
- Partner with engineering to design and prioritize new platform capabilities that accelerate implementation and scale.
- Provide product feedback informed by customer context, technical insights, and real-world usage patterns.
