About the role
As we continue to grow, we are hiring a leader in pharmacy strategy and solutions to partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams and serve as a trusted expert to pharmacy executives across the U.S. This role brings deep domain expertise, executive-level credibility, and the ability to communicate complex operational workflows. You will play a critical role in enterprise sales conversations, helping prospects understand how our platform supports 340B and intake/prior authorization workflow across various sites of care.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as a pharmacy domain expert in enterprise sales meetings, supporting complex deals with large health systems and pharmacy organizations.
  • Lead or support conversations focused on 340B operations and/or intake and prior authorization workflow.
  • Provide value and partnership with pharmacy executives by speaking fluently about operational realities, regulatory considerations, and workflow pain points.
  • Collaborate with Sales to shape deal strategy, respond to detailed pharmacy-specific questions, and support late-stage deal acceleration.
  • Partner with our SVP Pharmacy on strategy and prioritization of new offerings and solutions

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy leadership, or pharmacy consulting, ideally within large health systems or enterprise healthcare organizations.
  • Deep expertise in 340B programs and/or intake and authorization workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with Directors of Pharmacy, VPs, and Chief Pharmacy Officers.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to explain complex workflows clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Comfort operating in high-visibility, customer-facing environments, including executive meetings and presentations.
  • Experience across multiple sites of care (specialty pharmacy, hospital outpatient departments, infusion centers, home infusion).
  • Prior experience partnering with or working alongside healthcare technology vendors.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives in pharmacy.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how pharmacy operations impact financial and operational outcomes.
