About the role
We’re seeking a seasoned Sr. Growth / Performance Marketing Manager to stand up our demand generation function and fuel Plenful’s next phase of pipeline growth. You’ll own paid and owned acquisition channels within a sales-led growth (SLG) environment, including but not limited to paid advertising, SEO and website conversion optimization, sponsored partnerships, and integrated account-based campaigns in coordination with our BDR/outbound team. Your North Star is to identify, recommend, and execute scalable acquisition channels that produce marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that ultimately build a qualified sales pipeline. This is a hands-on role where you’ll strategize and execute, as well as hold responsibility for budget management and downstream channel impact for the GTM team. This role will own the function and report to the Head of Marketing. We need someone who’s scrappy like a startup pro but brings experience from later-stage tech companies to grow with us and make us better. We’re excited for this person to bring a strong POV, quickly assess opportunities, and have the focus and energy to get things done from day one.
What you’ll do
- Own paid acquisition across digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, sponsored partnerships); test, optimize, and scale performance
- Lead SEO and conversion rate optimization on Plenful.com; experimenting with content and form flows to improve our organic MQL funnels, exploring best practices to increase discoverability across GPTs
- Develop and execute integrated ABM programs in partnership with BDRs, sales ops, and Head of Marketing; deeply understand our buyers’ preferences for evaluating solutions and craft relevant channel strategies
- Stand up lead nurture/email marketing campaigns in collaboration with Head of Marketing and the BDR team
- Recommend, manage, and analyze the impact of an $XM budget across paid advertising and ABM tools, alongside finance and sales ops
- Build dashboards and attribution models to evaluate campaign impact (from MQLs to SQOs) in partnership with sales ops.
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies and contractors, advocating for the resources you need to increase impact and efficiency.
- Research and test new channels and emerging marketing technologies to effectively engage our ICP. Iterate on campaigns using A/B testing, analytics insights, and content learning.
- Serve as a thought leader to educate cross-functional stakeholders on best practices for demand generation and modern growth marketing.
What we’re looking for
- 5–7 years of hands-on growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS; sales-led growth experience required, health tech experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success owning paid search and social, SEO, ABM campaigns, and conversion rate optimization experiments.
- Proficient with ad platforms (AdWords, LinkedIn), CMS tools (Plenful.com is built on Webflow), analytics suites (GA), marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce); experience with modern martech solutions (ABM, enrichment, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience managing marketing budgets ($3M+), forecasting spend, and measuring ROI.
- 0-1 growth mindset; collaborative, resourceful, creative, and execution-oriented as we build the demand gen function.
- Excellent project manager; can guide campaigns from concept to launch with limited oversight.
