About the role
Plenful is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and driven Executive Assistant to provide administrative support and work closely with our CEO. This person will be an integral part of our operations team, plugging in to support multiple areas of a rapidly growing business (e.g., office operations, travel, etc.) and assisting our CEO directly with day-to-day scheduling and logistics. We are prioritizing San Francisco-based candidates but are open to other US cities.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively and promptly manage and prioritize scheduling and day to day logistics for CEO
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate parties as needed.
- Draft, edit, and finalize various documents including letters, reports, presentations, memos, and meeting agendas.
- Organize complex travel itineraries including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and coordinating necessary logistics.
- Prepare meeting events, coordinate attendees, secure meeting rooms, and take detailed minutes.
- Assist with special projects, research, data analysis, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other executives.

- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and situations.
