About the role
We’re expanding our talent team! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Plenful, you will execute a critical function within a fast paced organization. You’ll own the candidate journey end-to-end: from sourcing and outreach, to running screening calls, and partnering closely with hiring managers. This is a chance to step into a high-growth environment and help scale the team.

What you’ll do

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, from sourcing to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Manage the candidate experience with speed, ensuring communication at every stage.
  • Review internal applications and help guide talent mobility within the company.
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling, working closely with stakeholders to move candidates efficiently.
  • Surface and share talent market trends to help shape hiring strategy.
  • Contribute to building scalable recruiting processes and tools as the team expands.


What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles in a start-up (Series A -Series D) or from the agency side. 
  • Strong sourcing skills with a knack for creative tooling for engaging top talent across functions.
  • Understanding of B2B, SaaS roles ranging from highly technical to non-technical positions. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage 6+ searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious about talent market dynamics and eager to bring forward insights and ideas.
  • Motivated by impact—excited to play a key role in shaping a healthcare company that matters.
