What You'll Do

  • Lead Design Projects: Drive the full design lifecycle, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and user testing, ensuring every detail aligns with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts.
  • User-Centered Approach: Conduct user research and testing to gain deep insights into the needs of our B2B customers and integrate findings into intuitive, effective designs.
  • Develop and Implement Design Systems: Create and maintain design components and patterns, ensuring consistency and scalability across our SaaS platform.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior designers, helping to elevate team skills and maintain high-quality standards in our design output.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in product design with a focus on B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, particularly for complex B2B applications.
  • Problem Solving: Skilled in translating business objectives and user needs into practical, elegant design solutions.
  • Research-Driven: Experienced in user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design approaches.
  • Healthcare and Startup Experience a plus!
