About the Role

We are hiring an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in our team. At Plenful, we believe the Engineering-Product-Design (EPD) triangle is essential to our product’s success. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to own critical features and drive engineering efforts as we scale our platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Excellent proficiency in Python, with a strong foundation in backend development.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Data-driven engineering mindset with the ability to quantify and measure implementation success.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Skills that are a plus:

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions, with experience in integrating or leveraging these technologies in applications.
• Familiarity with SQL, React, TS is a plus
• Passion for healthcare and improving patient care is highly valued.
• Previous experience in a startup or healthcare engineering environment is a plus.
