About the role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team and drive operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline processes, enable data-driven decisions, and build scalable systems that support our next phase of growth. This is a key role for someone who thrives on building structure, leading high-impact projects, and helping teams work smarter and faster.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, supporting planning, forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end GTM processes, including lead management, territory assignment, opportunity hygiene, renewals, and more.
  • Own Salesforce and other GTM systems administration: manage user access, maintain data integrity, execute bulk data updates, and triage tickets.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to surface trends, measure funnel health, and drive insights across the revenue engine.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from discovery through execution, including new product rollouts, org design changes, or tool implementations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support scalable process adoption.
  • Support and enforce rules of engagement, serving as a neutral facilitator in any disputes around lead or account ownership.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Deep knowledge of GTM processes and the full customer lifecycle—from lead to renewal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience managing and optimizing Salesforce (Salesforce Admin certification is a plus). Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chili Piper
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills—able to synthesize complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities with a bias for action.
  • A self-starter mindset with a willingness to build, iterate, and own outcomes.
