This position is responsible mainly for developing and nurturing new business opportunities by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Customer acquisition is also taking a lead role by collaborating with various stakeholders/subject matter experts to develop proposals and presentations to fulfill customers’ needs. This position identifies trends to build sales pipelines in accordance with targets.

* Job Description:
- Makes outbound prospecting communications to build and manage the relationship to develop pipelines via cold-calling, networking, e-marketing, and utilizing market information sources
- Develops a deep understanding of the customer including company goals, organization structures, decision-making processes, and pain-points
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Executes sales activities regarding outsourcing services, talent acquisition services and other new businesses
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Performs administrative duties related to business development
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties
* Requirement:
1. Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Three years of service development / sales experience is preferred
2. Language Skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English and Japanese

4. Other Requirements
- Travels to client sites frequently by car and airplane
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
* Salary: $52,700-98,000 (Base Salary) +Profit sharing
* Benefits: Health Ins, Dental Ins, Vision Ins, 401K, PTO, 10 days of paid Holiday
* Location: Irvine, CA, Houston, TX, Chicago, IL
* Work Hour: 9:00-6:00 Local time (Hybrid work)
