* Job Description:

1. Sales Activities

(1) Sales Pipeline Development & Lead Generation

  • Expand the customer pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, including networking and market intelligence gathering.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in local communities, such as government agencies, law firms, and accounting firms, to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities.

(2) Sales Execution & Account Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Execute sales activities for talent acquisition, outsourcing, consulting, and other new business services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by deeply understanding their company goals, organizational structures, decision-making processes, and pain points.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing concerns and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Develop strategic account plans to expand existing business and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

(3) Sales Administration & Operational Support

  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and reporting documents.
  • Manage sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating signatures.
  • Support business development initiatives through research and data analysis.




2. Team Leadership & Management

(1) Sales Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify new business opportunities by assessing competitive landscapes and emerging market trends.
  • Take a lead role in developing proposals and presentations for business development initiatives.
  • Create and refine business development plans to align with company goals.

(2) Team Management, Coaching & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the customer acquisition team to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Identify training and development needs, ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.

(3) Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, HR) to streamline processes and enhance business development efforts.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between sales and service delivery teams.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to address company-wide challenges and drive future business growth.




3. Requirements

(1) Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or service development.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience, including team leadership and performance evaluation.

(2) Language Skills

  • Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).

(3) Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/business management software.

(4) Other Requirements

  • Frequent travel to client sites by car and airplane.
  • Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

* Salary: $82,450 - $111,550 (Base Salary[NK1] ) +Profit sharing

* Benefits: Health Ins, Dental Ins, Vision Ins, 401K, PTO, 10 days of paid Holiday

* Location: Torrance, CA, Irvine, CA,

* Work Hour: 9:00-6:00 Local time (Hybrid work)
