Our team is remote first, with opportunities for occasional in-person collaboration. We have a slight preference for SF / SEA / NYC, but we’re flexible on location—our top priority is finding the perfect fit.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Architect for Agent Deployment to join our team to own the deployment of the Poggio platform and agents at our largest customers. This is a new role in the industry that represents a mix of customer success, sales engineering, product management, and forward deployed engineering. But the role is simple: ensure that Poggio customers are set up for success with Poggio, and be responsible for seeing that through, from pre sales, to post sales, to upsell and expansion.
You'll work with leading enterprises to define use cases, configure and tailor Poggio agents, and translate customer vision to business value. This is a customer facing role, and is ideal for someone that loves to get in the weeds on customer problems and needs, and thrives in ownership of collaborative solutions. You’ll be the connective tissue between our customers and internal teams, partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure our enterprise customers are successful, expanding, and driving measurable value.
This is a cross-functional, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is deeply customer-obsessed, and loves building from scratch. You’ll be helping shape the company’s customer experience, enterprise motion, and core product alongside the leadership team.
