About the role

Pay rate: Hourly + tips
Role type: non-exempt
Essential Job Duties
· Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times.
· Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept.
· Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries.
· Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming areas and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
· Assist the F&B staff as needed.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
· Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner.
· Maintain the Host area fully stocked and clean.
· Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
· Previous guest service experience preferred.
· Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
· Must have excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
· Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
