About the role
Ready to Be the Maestro of Welcomes? Get ready to step into the spotlight and join the party as a "Clubhouse Magician" HOST/HOSTESS!
We're on the hunt for enthusiasts and smile artists, who can turn a simple greeting into a dazzling spectacle and make every guest feel like a VIP superstar! Let's turn every guest visit into a front-row experience and keep the energy flowing like confetti.
What you'll do
Welcome guests to the venue and providing accurate wait times. Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept. Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries. Assist the F&B staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous host experience in a high volume environment preferred
- Previous guest service experience
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication and organization skill
