PopStroke currently has 16 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, Nevada and South Carolina, with 1 additional venue under development and expected to open by the end of 2024.

As Mixologist, your creative flair, energy, and passion for beverage will create superior beverage experiences for our guests. You will hep us enhance the guest experience by providing premiere guest service in a timely and friendly manner. interacting with guests to understand their preferences and tailor drink recommendations to elevate their meal.

$15/hr + tips

What you'll do

• Ensure that all details of service are performed to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service in line with PopStroke standards.
• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar/lounge.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Serve our guests with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience.
• Ensure impeccable presentation of cocktails, including proper glassware, garnishes, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to correctly use POS system.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong team focus.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
