About the role

Tee Up for an Unforgettable Guest Experience! We’re seeking individuals who bring energy, charm, and finesse to every guest interaction, ensure every guest feels like a VIP, and turn each visit into a moment of magic.

Pay rate: $15 per hour + tips

Role type: non-exempt

What you'll do

Essential Job Duties:

• Ensure that every guest is recognized meaningfully and leaves with a memorable experience.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests and members, addressing their needs and preferences with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Actively promote and sell memberships, conduct venue tours showcasing amenities. Explain membership options, pricing, and benefits.
• Maintain a service mindset and high level of service standards and expectations.
• Ensure that guests’ golf experience meets PopStroke standards of service and ensures compliance with course rules.
• Assist the F&B staff as needed. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food and beverage delivery. 
• Assist with ensuring the cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms. 
• Suggest menu items or special offerings to enhance guest experience and potentially increase revenue. 
• Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu, and other information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills to address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently. 
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must have excellent communication, guest service and teamwork skills. 

  Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
