About the role
If you have a passion for organization and a drive to keep things sparkling clean, we want you on our team!
What you'll do
Load, run and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates and trays in a fast and efficient manner. Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before they are put away on dish racks or used. Maintain the dishwasher area to make sure it’s clean and organized and that the wash cycle is always sanitary and operating at peak performance. Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors and dining room hallways at the end of each shift to maintain safety and sanitation. Sanitize work areas. Maintain a high degree of standards in cleanliness and sanitation. Assist with deliveries.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience in a high volume environment
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Must be able to uphold sanitation standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day
