Job Summary


We are seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support revenue growth for our aviation software solutions. This role will focus on creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, engaging target audiences, and aligning closely with sales to maximize conversion rates.


Travel is required up to 20% of the time for this role.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute demand generation campaigns using content marketing, email marketing, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling materials that educate and engage aviation industry decision-makers throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Website Optimization: Manage and update the company website to improve traffic, enhance user experience, and drive lead generation.
  • Sales Collateral Creation: Develop sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, video demos, and case studies, to support sales efforts.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop programs to attract and score leads based on engagement and conversion potential.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to refine targeting strategies.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product to align messaging and drive a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in the aviation, transportation, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the buyer’s journey, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience aligning sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with aviation operations, fleet management, or scheduling is required.
