Job Summary

Portside is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves selling our advanced aviation software solutions, including the Business Aviation Aircraft Owner Portal, Fleet and Crew Optimization, and the Portside Flight Management System. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aviation industry and a proven track record in software sales.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the aviation industry.
  • Present and demonstrate the Aircraft Owner Portal, highlighting features such as streamlined communication, maintenance tracking, and financial management tools.
  • Showcase the Fleet and Crew Optimization software, emphasizing its capabilities in enhancing aircraft usage, crew scheduling, and cost management.
  • Promote the Portside Flight Management System, detailing its benefits for efficient flight scheduling and operations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Portside’s products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the private aviation industry.
  • Strong understanding of aviation operations, fleet management, and scheduling systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
