Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewal Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless renewal of contracts for our suite of aviation SaaS products. As a Renewal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue retention and growth by managing the renewal process, negotiating multi-year agreements, implementing annual uplifts, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value to our customers.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage contract renewals for all customers across products
  • Manage coordination and execution of amendments, renewals, and re-contracts. Handle secondary documentation, such as DPAs, MSAs, and BAAs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of the renewal process.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive retention.
  • Identify and propose multi-year agreements, expanded contract terms, and identify upselling opportunities
  • Lead negotiation of terms and pricing, and collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, security, deal desk) for compliance and smooth renewals.
  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor customer health and renewal risks.
  • Work with Finance on revenue forecasts and contract adjustments.
  • Keep CRM and contract management systems up to date.
  • Regular reporting on renewal rates, churn, and uplift metrics.
  • Analyze trends to improve renewal strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in renewal management, sales, or account management (SaaS preferred).
  • Experience in aviation or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Netsuites, Microsoft 365 office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
