Summary
As Platform Strategy Producer at Potomac, you will orchestrate the production of platform-native organic content—collaborating with video creators and designers to produce clips, GIFs, photos, animations, and other collateral developed specifically for social. You will work with insightful educational pieces crafted by our Research Team, compelling studio interviews with some of the industry's most influential voices, and imaginative campaigns designed to captivate new audiences and elevate brand visibility.
This role requires a savvy social strategist who can help shape the emotional and intellectual storytelling across channels. You will work closely with the CMO to serve as our content showrunner for our brand, and leadership personas.
Additionally, we utilize the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to keep our teams focused and accountable, enabling us to identify and address both challenges and opportunities effectively.
You’ll work collaboratively to oversee both content creation and asset deployment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the central social media producer for Potomac, ensuring initiatives are aligned and well-executed.
- Collaborate with CMO to develop and oversee creative social campaigns designed to expand reach, drive engagement, and elevate brand visibility.
- Work closely with designers, writers, video producers, and digital marketers to bring campaigns to life across channels.
- Own and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring strategic timing and consistency across campaigns.
- Develop content for the company level channels, as well as the individual channels of key executives
- Monitor content performance metrics and audience feedback to refine strategy and improve impact.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content development, social media, or related roles — preferably in finance, investment management, or professional services.
- Proven project management track record managing multiple channels
- Strong writing, video editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot), analytics tools and social media management.
- Expertise with LinkedIn audience building
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude — ready to ideate, execute, and optimize.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or adjacent to RIA, asset management, or compliance environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads.
Objectives
- Facilitate smooth workflows across the marketing department for timely content delivery.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, business objectives, and audience engagement goals.
- Coordinate deadlines, approvals, and publishing schedules with CMO
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging formats to keep Potomac’s content fresh and competitive.
- Comply with legal and compliance regulations at all times.

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Potomac HQ)
