Position Overview

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our sales execution and qualification process. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding complex B2B SaaS pricing challenges and identifying high-potential opportunities for our consulting services.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and assess potential clients based on their pricing challenges, growth stage, and readiness for strategic pricing transformation
  • Manage and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline using defined qualification frameworks
  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and challenges
  • Work closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Drive engagement with strategic marketing initiatives including webinars, events, and thought leadership content
  • Document all prospect interactions and maintain detailed records in HubSpot
  • Achieve monthly qualified opportunity and pipeline generation targets
  • Provide feedback on common prospect challenges and objections to improve our sales process

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales development or relevant experience, preferably in SaaS, consulting, or professional services
  • Strong understanding of B2B software business models and enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent discovery and qualification skills with ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and sales tools required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including the ability to detailed create reports and build automated sequences
  • Experience in pricing, packaging, or monetization roles within B2B SaaS
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS pricing models and value-based selling
  • Experience qualifying complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Track record of successful enterprise software sales

Key Performance Areas

  • Schedule and conduct qualified discovery calls with ideal B2B SaaS prospects
  • Maintain high show rates through effective qualification and preparation
  • Convert qualified calls to opportunities through strong discovery
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all prospect interactions in HubSpot
  • Participate in daily sales team huddles and strategy sessions
