Location: Hybrid
Reports to: Dena Morgan, Director of Graduation and Student Success
Employment Type: [Non-exempt / Full-Time]

About Primavera Online School

Primavera Online School is an accredited, tuition-free public charter school serving
students across Arizona for more than 25 years. We specialize in flexible, student-
centered online education designed to meet learners where they are—academically,
emotionally, and socially.

We believe every student deserves access to an education that adapts to their life, not the
other way around. At Primavera, we support diverse learners, empower families, and
partner closely with educators to create personalized learning experiences that drive
real outcomes. Our work is grounded in care, accountability, and a deep commitment to
helping students succeed—both in school and beyond.

As a fully remote organization, we value clear communication, collaboration, and
ownership. You’ll find a mission-driven team that takes its responsibility to students
seriously while supporting one another as professionals and humans.

The Team You Will Join

You’ll be part of the Graduation and Student Success Department, working closely with
school leadership, registrars, data and operations staff, and internal system and
development teams. This team is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity
of student data, ensuring compliance with state reporting requirements, and supporting
operational decisions through reliable data and reporting that impact students, families,
and school operations.

The team culture is collaborative, detail-oriented, and mission-driven, and you’ll have
opportunities to strengthen data systems, improve reporting processes, support school
operations, and ensure accurate student data that directly impacts funding, compliance,
and student success while partnering across Primavera Online School.
The Difference You Will Make

In this role, your work will directly impact students, school operations, and regulatory
compliance by ensuring student data is accurate, complete, and properly reported to
state systems, enabling reliable reporting, appropriate school funding, and informed
operational decision-making.

You’ll help strengthen data systems, improve reporting processes, and ensure
compliance with state and federal requirements, contributing to Primavera’s mission by
supporting accurate student records, efficient school operations, and data-informed
decisions that ultimately support student success.

A Typical Day Looks Like

While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:

  • Maintain and audit student records in the student information system to ensure
accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Generate, monitor, and analyze student data reports related to AzEDS reporting,
identifying and correcting errors to maintain data integrity.
  • Support state reporting and compliance processes, including assisting with audits,
required data submissions, and start- and end-of-school-year data procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including registrars, school leadership,
operations staff, and system support teams to resolve data issues and improve
    reporting processes.
  • Work regularly with systems and tools such as PowerSchool, Excel, reporting
tools, and internal data management platforms to manage and analyze student
    data.

This role balances independent work, collaboration, and problem-solving and is well-
suited for someone who enjoys managing detailed data processes, improving systems,
ensuring accuracy, and supporting school operations with purpose.

Your Expertise Includes

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage detailed
student data and reporting processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability, ensuring data integrity and
identifying discrepancies in reporting or student records.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with school
leadership, registrars, and internal teams to resolve data issues and support
    operational needs.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with experience working with student data
    in an educational environment preferred.
  • Experience using data and student information systems, including proficiency in
Excel, PowerSchool, and other data management or reporting tools.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience working in a registrar office, school operations, or student
    information system (SIS) environment.
  • Familiarity with Arizona education reporting requirements or AzEDS processes.

Our Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging

lived experiences.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace where all team
members feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best work. Diverse
ideas strengthen our school, improve outcomes for students, and help us better serve the
families and communities who rely on us.

All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply, and we strive to create an
environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging and purpose.

How We’ll Take Care of You
