• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production, constantly seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience in video production, filmmaking, or related field, with a strong understanding of video production processes, techniques, and best practices.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
