About the Role
The Director of Creator Programming will lead the creator program and strengthen Priorities USA’s organic digital presence. This role will integrate creator and organic strategies with our broader digital program, focusing on platforms where political advertising is limited. The Director will track online trends, guide narrative development, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Key responsibilities include managing vendor and creator relationships, executing large-scale social media campaigns, and advising partner organizations on content strategy. This position also involves representing Priorities USA in the wider progressive movement through events and collaborative forums.
This is a remote position. The role includes occasional travel, and working hours are 10AM–6PM ET regardless of location. We are not currently registered to do business in all locations. In particular, we are not currently accepting applicants based in Florida, Missouri, and Texas due to regulatory considerations.

Compensation and Benefits
The budget for this position is $140,000-$160,000 commensurate with experience.

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Applications should include a resume and cover letter. The hiring process for selected candidates will consist of a phone screen, at-home exercise (compensated), and a set of final round interviews. Most processes will occur over 3-4 weeks with a target start date in late August.
This is a cycle based position, ending at the end of 2026.
