What would you do at Prisma?


As a Junior Office Manager you will join our Business Operations team in Berlin. This role is responsible for ensuring our office runs smoothly and remains a productive, welcoming environment for our employees. Although Prisma is a remote-first company, we have employees in Berlin who use our office from time to time, we host the occasional event and have visitors from all over the globe. You will take ownership of office management, handle the logistics around onboarding and offboarding employees, among other day-to-day operations, playing a key role in supporting our team’s success and experience working at Prisma.


This is a part-time or full-time in-office position. It is ideally suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow and contribute to the efficiency and culture at Prisma.


Below is a list of some of the tasks and responsibilities a Junior Office Manager would be expected to perform:

  • Oversee office operations including ordering supplies and managing deliveries and post.
  • Proactively address and resolve maintenance issues to keep the office tidy and in excellent condition.
  • Manage record-keeping and administrative processes related to the office and inventory
  • Serve as a point of contact for office-related requests and questions.
  • Coordinate the logistics of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring equipment and access is provided.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed within the Business Operations team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who bring the following:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the assertiveness to set boundaries, prioritise effectively, and push back when necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 level minimum). We do not require a certificate, this is the expected level of proficiency.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and comfort with basic technical tasks (e.g. configuring/resetting devices, solving printer or laptop connectivity issues).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, with a practical, hands-on experience to resolving everyday office issues.

The following would be nice-to-have:

  • Some prior experience in office administration, facilities management, or business operations.
  • Located within 30 minutes from our office in Prenzlauer Allee, Berlin to ensure availability.
