Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in strategic sourcing and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven success, particularly in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital tools to attract top-tier talent. This individual will play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for multiple roles across various departments.
- Ensure consistent, engaging, and equitable candidate experience throughout the process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Craft-completing job postings and recruitment campaigns that reflect the company’s culture and values.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Maintain hiring metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline and time-to-fill
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to improve visibility and attract top talent.
- Own and optimize our ATS and other hiring tools to manage applicant flow and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Stay current on labor market trends and best practices to inform strategic hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates across multiple departments and levels.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems- Rippling
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Salary-$70,000-$80,000
