Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Marketer to join our growing team and own how Programa’s products are positioned, messaged, and launched to the market. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience — ensuring that every feature we build lands with impact and resonates with our customers.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts storyteller and strategist: you’ll shape the narrative of our products, craft campaigns that drive adoption, and help us define how Programa shows up in the market. You’ll also be comfortable jumping into Figma to create, edit, and collaborate on marketing assets and product visuals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value of our products to designers and suppliers.
  • Partner with Product Managers to plan and execute product launches that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Build go-to-market strategies for new features, from beta programs to launch campaigns.
  • Create compelling collateral (presentations, case studies, landing pages, emails) for Sales and Customer Experience teams.
  • Use Figma to design or collaborate on visual assets for campaigns, product pages, and sales enablement.
  • Conduct customer and market research to understand trends, needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing efforts to support adoption, engagement, and retention of Programa products.
  • Track product performance post-launch, using insights to refine campaigns and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to ensure product narratives are woven into demand generation, content, and brand campaigns.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Strong communicator with a knack for turning complex features into clear, compelling stories.
  • Hands-on skills with Figma — able to create, adapt, and collaborate on design assets.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute cross-functional go-to-market campaigns.
  • Comfortable working closely with Product, Sales, and CX teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative, resourceful, and excited about working in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
