Programa is a fast-growing venture-backed startup building the operating system for the design industry. Founded in 2020 out of Melbourne, Australia, our platform is purpose-built for interior designers and architects, replacing spreadsheets, PDFs, platform-switching, and scattered approvals with live tools that support every stage of a project.

Working across two verticals, Programa bridges designers and project stakeholders to centralise the entire conversation around design delivery. Studios use it to manage specifications, schedules, project tasks, and client communication - all in one place. It’s how the design industry moves faster, with more clarity and less chaos.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive how our platform is positioned and launched to market. You'll own go-to-market strategy, work directly with our product tam on launches, and help define how we compete in a rapidly evolving market. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience — ensuring that every feature we build lands with impact and resonates with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging for our core platform serving designs and suppliers
• Lead go-to-market strategy for major product launches and feature releases
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience on launch execution
• Create sales enablement materials and competitive positioning
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Drive product adoption through lifecycle marketing and user engagement campaigns

Experience

• 4-6 years product marketing experience at B2B or B2C SaaS
• Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with design/creative teams (Figma familiarity a plus)
• Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments
