Mission of an SDR at Prokeep

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Prokeep, you will help engage the market and create pipeline for the sales team while learning fundamental skills to aid you in excelling along a career in the GTM organization- Own It. Working closely with the Sales team and your leadership, you will learn by doing and build a skillset to position you for a successful SaaS career and Have Fun doing it! You will be responsible for outbound prospecting via cold call, email and social outreach with the purpose of scheduling meetings with potential clients. Help us grow and Build Together by improving prospecting strategies, outbound processes and identifying new opportunities while developing relationships internally as well as externally with potential clients- Be Humble. Be Human. Reporting to the SDR Manager, you will be an important part of the sales organization. 


Primary Responsibilities

You are a hunter, focused on creating interest in Prokeep’s product via direct phone/email/LinkedIn outreach, pitching Prokeep, navigating objections and securing commitments to learn more about our product.

  • Develop detailed knowledge of Prokeep products

  • Actively research, reach out and qualify outbound prospects

  • Book introductory meetings between prospects and account executives

  • Collect and maintain prospect information in HubSpot

  • Effectively utilize the SDR tech stack: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Aircall, Gong and G-Suite to generate new sales opportunities

Your Qualifications Include

  • 1+ years experience in sales development, inside sales or customer experience where you followed a defined selling motion

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence and tactful determination

  • A curiosity that goes deep to understand our prospects and their challenges

  • Desire and ability to move up within the Prokeep GTM organization


Working Relationship & Compensation

This is a full-time salaried position and may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the state of California.
