Your Mission
Empower Prokeep customers to achieve unprecedented growth by driving brand awareness, boosting customer engagement, and generating high-quality leads through performance marketing, social marketing, content development, website optimization, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution across digital platforms to accelerate growth, optimize conversions, and maximize ROI. Your expertise in digital strategy—spanning paid media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics—will be key in shaping and driving our demand generation efforts to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end demand generation campaigns, focusing on inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Oversee and implement SEO best practices, content strategies, and conversion rate optimization to enhance organic visibility and website performance.
- Email & Marketing Automation: Own email marketing strategy, including list segmentation, nurture campaigns, drip sequences, and marketing automation to engage and convert leads.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, social media, paid search, webinars, and content marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Lead Nurturing: Build lead nurturing workflows that effectively engage prospects through personalized email campaigns, marketing automation, and lead scoring.
- Conversion Optimization: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and lead-to-customer conversion, continually optimizing the lead funnel for better results.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and digital ad performance. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize campaigns.
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and design teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine demand generation strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proven success in designing and executing data-driven demand generation strategies.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) and conducting A/B testing.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a team-oriented mindset..
