Account Executive

Account Executive, Client Experience:

The Account Executive (AE) role will assist in providing strategic counsel and communications expertise to Lippe Taylor Group’s clients. Our job is to create relevance for our clients. We utilize best-in-class analytics and marketing strategies across a growing team of communications professionals, digital specialists, creatives, researchers, and media experts to become an extension of our clients’ teams. We work across practices to create and elevate the best strategies for every client. Through analytics, communications, creativity and digital media, our collaborative and talented team unites to create award-winning work and opportunities at every turn. This AE role requires the ability to serve as a client support on projects and project management, with excellent writing skills and experience in communications. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support the execution of client programming across all facets, including events, influencer activations, media outreach and social content activations. 
  • Monitor various sources for news and relevant information and analyze the data for relevant trend, client, and industry insights. 
  • Create engaging materials (fact sheets, press releases, reports, pitches, Q&As) that accurately communicate client’s programs, goals, priorities, etc.  
  • Maintain ongoing pitch calendars.  
  • Pitch national and regional print, online, broadcast and trade media outlets. 
  • Coordinate press opportunities and handle all press inquiries. 
  • Cultivate professional relationships with clients, colleagues, media, and agency partners. 
  • Actively participate in - and contribute to - team meetings and brainstorms. 
  • Engage in cross-functional programming across client teams including influencer, digital and analytics 
  • Ability to manage, teach, and guide junior team members in the entry level role
  • Set priorities and organize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines and assume a leadership role for assigned work.  

 

Qualifications:  

  • 2 years of experience within a marketing and communications role 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  
  • Strong digital and social media acumen  
  • Excellent communication and writing skills  
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to self-start 
  • Cultural curiosity, trend savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking  
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines  
  • Results-drive with enthusiastic, positive, and flexible attitude  
  • Must enjoy working with people in a team environment
