The role:
The Account Supervisor (AS) role will assist in providing strategic counsel and communications expertise to /prompt’s clients. Our job is to create relevance for our clients. We utilize best-in-class analytics and marketing strategies across a growing team of communications professionals, digital specialists, creatives, researchers, and media experts to become an extension of our clients’ teams.
We work across practices to create and elevate the best strategies for every client. Through analytics, communications, creativity and digital media, our collaborative and talented team unites to create award-winning work and opportunities at every turn. This AS role requires the ability to serve as a client support on projects and project management, embracing leadership and growth opportunities, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
· Serve as day to say client contact and client lead across multiple accounts.
· Manage project timelines, workbacks, and deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are on track and team ownership is clear.
· Maintain and update key documentation, including portfolio calendars, award calendars, and other project tracking tools.
· Lead client and internal status calls, including setting agendas and driving follow-ups.
· Support strategic planning, including development of annual plans and project-specific plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Collaborate across leadership team disciplines, building strong partnerships with media, influencer, and AIM teams to deliver integrated 360° programming and client counsel.
· Oversee event management, managing relationships with experiential production teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:

You are a disciplined team player who embraces opportunities to teach, learn and collaborate. You have worked with clients and on projects of varying sizes in terms of budget and complexity. You are excited to understand your clients’ roles in the context of the big picture of their industry and how Lippe Taylor can elevate their brand. You ask questions, know how to research and are resourceful in how you can best serve your team, clients, and career goals. You have high standards for your work and the value we drive; you remain accountable to yourself and your team.
You are proactive and have worked on multiple projects at once, interacting across leadership, teams, and clients regularly. You are prepared to earn influence and drive success at every chance. You know your way around Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Listening platforms, Editing Software, etc.
Project Manager and Accountable: You understand the importance and value of your role as the driver of your work – for your growth, your company, and your team. You are organized and proactive in follow-up to ensure that all engines run smoothly. You know the value of being a team member that everyone can count on!
Love of Storytelling: You understand that every client, every leader, and every audience have nuanced ways of telling and listening to messages and you are here to help! You understand what you need to ascertain to build the right messages, story flow and how to differentiate that story regardless of the medium or channel.
Teacher & Mentor: You enjoy mentoring junior staff and developing their skills alongside yours. You’re able to take complex ideas, synthesize and reframe them for team members. You can be an advocate for team members while being fair. You’re comfortable delivering both positive and critical feedback honestly and with support.
