Bridge Building Coordinator

Job Type: Part Time

Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary: The Bridge Building Coordinator supports strategic initiatives, organizing data and communications, and contributing to impactful storytelling and operations across a growing network of industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support research, documentation, and tracking of key industry partners (e.g., DISCUS Council members, spirits brands, distributors, data partners).
  • Help coordinate touchpoints and prep materials for meetings with stakeholders and potential collaborators.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, partnership pipelines, and contact lists.
  • Assist in synthesizing meeting notes, follow-ups, and next steps across stakeholders.
  • Provide light administrative support (e.g., scheduling, file organization, tracking deliverables).
  • Help draft communication templates, decks, or summaries to support partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects like keeping up with communication of former interns.
  • Learn and share best practices around inclusive hiring, innovation, and access-building.
  • Occasionally assist with onsite or virtual events (as needed and as schedule permits).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Salary

$30 per hour (up to 30 hours per week)
