About the role
Our partner is a family owned high end spirits company, whose origins date back to the 18th century. Their commitment to their terroirs and the appreciation of time have always been at the heart of their craft. With their portfolio of high-end brands, the group's ambition is to become the world's leader in Exceptional Spirits. This role is expected to:
Ensure how we compensate, reward, and support our people aligns with our business priorities, reflects our values, and evolves as our organization grows. The Director, Compensation & Benefits plays a critical role in shaping a Total Rewards strategy that balances fairness, competitiveness, compliance, and long-term sustainability across the Americas.
What You’ll Own
You will lead Total Rewards across the region, with responsibility for strategy, execution, and governance.
Specifically, you will:
Set and execute the Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, payroll, HR systems, wellness, recognition, and compliance

Salary: $160,000 – $184,000 per year (based on experience, plus potential bonus)
