Brand Activation Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Position Summary: This is an innovative and strategic role for a Brand Activation Manager who can transform a Pronghorn and Select Pronghorn Properties and Investment brand’s narrative into engaging and memorable consumer experiences. You will be the creative force behind our brand's presence & communication in the market, responsible for developing and executing immersive, unique, and memorable campaigns that not only drive sales but also build a deep emotional connection with our audience.


This position requires close collaboration with Business Development, Portfolio Supercharging Teams and Bridge Teams. Your creativity will be essential in all aspects, from concept development to the final execution of events, programs and campaigns. This position also requires best in class relationship building and industry value creation through Supercharging and Bridge Initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and Production:

Bridge Marketing and Relationship Activation

  • Drive new Beyond the Bottle Campaign highlighting and bringing to life the Talent Strategies through external marketing campaigns and partner/relationships
  • Development: Partner and Work alongside Travis McMichael on Campaign Strategies, Audience Curation and Creative Ideation & Execution (Brief to Product)
  • Enable & Develop Partner Relationships that create a catalyst for accelerated performance within Bridge through refreshed Partnership & Pipeline Strategy

Brand Growth through Trade & Experiential Marketing & Activation

  • Translate brand strategies into experiential concepts, including live events, pop-ups, guerrilla stunts, and immersive experiences.
  • Plan and execute seasonal and evergreen trade campaigns, tastings, and shopper marketing programs that bring the brand to life at the point of sale.
  • Partner with Portfolio Brands to develop strategies and trade marketing plans to meet key performance indicators. (Commercial Sales, Activation and PIMCO)

Pronghorn Brand Voice (PR & Macro/Mission Marketing)

  • Partner and drive PH PR with President and forthcoming Market Tours
  • Work alongside Co-Founders, Marathon Head of Strat/Ops, President PH and Marketing Team (Travis, Lindsey) to communicate the PH Brand Voice in Tranche 2
  • Development: Partner & Work alongside President and Resources to evolve the PH Brand Communications, Website Refresh etc. (Travis, Jennifer Mundy, Lindsey, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
