About the role

Established in 2010, our partner is an industry leader in marketing brand experiences + creating cultural relevance. Marketing is the art of telling a great story and they are some of the best storytellers in the business. They deliver experiences that are measured against excellence, from concept to completion.


The Account Executive supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Experiential, Production, and Field Marketing teams with its prime focus on client account management. This position will be a member of the Client Services team, focusing on strategy and execution of experiences that address our clients’ needs and elevate their brands. With an understanding of all controls, processes, policies and compliance, you will be part of every aspect of the project from planning to execution, including budget development, brief writing, presentation building, and liaising with our third-party suppliers and POS/asset sourcing.


We’re looking for a highly organized, creative problem solver who can work in a fast-paced,

entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work, demonstrate

strong communication skills, and, most importantly, be a team player. The person in this role must be comfortable working with the marketing and promotions of wine and spirits products.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the concept ideation, development, and production of experiential marketing strategies.
  • Aid in program RFP/brief concepting, brainstorming, and creative development.
  • Support production and execution of year-round events and activations.
  • Develop and manage production timelines, schedules, progress reports, event flows, and deliverables.
  • Ability to see challenges before they arise, offering solutions and alternate options while remaining steady and confident.
  • Build event activation presentations, ROS, and staffing plans.
  • Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, solicit, and act based on client feedback.
  • Source, hire, and manage vendors, labor staff, technical support, etc.
  • Ensure all event reporting is entered accurately and timely into the online database.
  • Maintain event trackers and weekly reports for all field marketing activity.
  • Create detailed recap decks with data and photos of all programming.
  • Organize and track financial documents and invoices.
  • Assist with budget oversight for key event programs to ensure compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of client service or event production experience (preferably in an agency setting).
  • Proven event production expertise with emphasis in alcohol brand activations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects across different accounts while maintaining a team player mentality.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and vendor negotiation
  • Experience building relationships with third-party suppliers and sourcing.
  • Expertise in Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional and the components of project scheduling and PM workflow web-based tools.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits and event executions.
  • Based in the Metro NYC area with 10-15% travel.
  • Keen awareness of event industry activity.
  • An eclectic sense of style and creativity.
  • Available for occasional evenings and weekends, depending on event schedule.

Salary

Salary: $72,500 – $79,500 per year (based on experience, plus performance bonus)
