Logistics and Internal Supply Chain Manager

About Pronto.ai

Pronto.ai is on a mission to revolutionize the mining industry through cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology. Our team of world-class engineers, operators, and problem-solvers is building the future of heavy industry automation—making mining operations safer, smarter, and more efficient. We're looking for driven, detail-oriented people who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and are excited to tackle real-world challenges with real-world impact.

About the Role

As a Logistics and Internal Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure Pronto’s onsite deployments are consistently equipped with the hardware resources they need—on time, every time. You will lead the design, execution, and refinement of supply chain and logistics systems to support the delivery of critical components across engineering, warehouse, and field operations. Your work will directly impact the success of deployments by minimizing delays, optimizing flow, and maintaining full readiness for our field teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee timely and complete delivery of all hardware and materials required for onsite deployments, working closely with field operations and engineering leads to anticipate and fulfill needs.
  • Own end-to-end logistics planning and execution for internal hardware supply chains—from procurement through shipping, warehousing, and deployment site delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, robotics, and deployment teams to proactively align hardware requirements with deployment schedules.
  • Implement supply chain processes that support rapid scale and lean operations, especially in remote and rugged environments.
  • Continuously monitor hardware readiness KPIs and resolve any supply bottlenecks or fulfillment risks before they impact deployments.
  • Lead efforts to improve inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing systems, and inter-site transport across multiple geographies.
  • Travel as needed to deployment or logistics hubs to support field execution and ensure systems are functioning smoothly on the ground.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, or operations planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver critical hardware support for complex, high-stakes projects with minimal margin for delay.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and inventory workflows, especially for technical hardware and field deployments.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and field teams to meet operational needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, maintain clarity, and prioritize under pressure.
  • Proficiency with inventory management tools, logistics software, or ERP systems.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with rapidly changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in hardware operations, field deployments, or mining/industrial environments.
  • Experience with high-growth startup logistics and rapid scale implementation.
  • Familiarity with international logistics, customs, or shipping regulations a plus.
  • Technical literacy or prior engineering exposure preferred.

Why Join Us

  • Play a critical role in enabling the success of autonomous deployments across the mining sector
