This focus and our decades of experience have put Pronto on a track to become the world’s first profitable AV technology company.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Technician to join our manufacturing team. Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and improve PCBA processes to increase speed, efficiency, and yield
  • Document procedures for existing and newly developed processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize production flow
  • Collaborate with engineering team on process enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • High attention to detail with commitment to quality standards
  • Baseline familiarity with electronic components and their functionalities
  • Extensive experience with hand soldering techniques and SMT rework including QFN parts
