About the opportunity

We are hiring a Project Manager to work closely with our National Account customers. From receiving new inquiries, managing and relaying order information internally, to providing an excellent customer experience, you will play an integral role in our operation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a knack for paying attention to the details. This position is ideal to learn the ropes of project management and has a direct growth path into a Project Manager position.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a Monday through Friday schedule, working between hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


How you will make a difference

  • Receive and review new inquiries and orders 
  • Communicate with customers about sign programs and answer any questions 
  • Enter new jobs into the project management software and create a scope of work based on the type of job
  • Research and select franchisee or subcontractors to complete the work 
  • Contact landlords for sign criteria, insurance requirements, and property use-/ subcontractor regulations as needed
  • Work with the art department to have accurate artwork created 
  • Competitively bid on projects as needed to ensure that clients are receiving the best prices.
  • Work with manufacturers to have signs constructed per customer requirements
  • Develop and improve tools necessary for managing projects (
  • Maintain accurate data and statutes within the project management software 
  • Assist team and complete other related tasks as needed 


A strong candidate will have

  • High School Diploma/GED required 
  • Project management in the sign industry 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 55,000 USD per year (Remote)
