About Propellic
Propellic is the leading digital growth agency for travel and tourism brands. We pair cutting-edge performance marketing with a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and radical candor—so every teammate can do the best work of their career while shaping the future of travel.
About the role
As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll own strategy, execution, and performance across multi-platform paid media campaigns for our travel clients. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, building holistic, full-funnel media plans, driving creative strategies, and proactively integrating AI-powered tools and workflows. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex performance insights into clear business impact.
If you thrive at the intersection of data, creativity, and innovation, and you’re passionate about helping world-class travel brands grow—we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV), ensuring strategic approach and flawless execution.
- Own client relationships end-to-end: act as the main point of contact, deliver proactive updates, and translate performance into actionable business insights.
- Develop and integrate creative strategies, aligning ad copy, visuals, and formats with audience intent and campaign goals.
- Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., AI Max, predictive bidding, dynamic creative optimization) to enhance speed, accuracy, and campaign performance.
- Proactively test and pilot new platforms, tools, and ad formats—documenting and scaling what works.
- Provide consultative guidance to C-level travel stakeholders, simplifying complex optimization rationales.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client objectives and support sales in scoping.
- Mentor Paid Media Managers, contribute to internal SOPs, and champion department-wide testing frameworks.
- Share case studies, AI learnings, media and creative insights through Propellic thought-leadership initiatives.
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns launched on time with accurate setup, tracking, and testing in place.
- ≥ 95% client retention across managed accounts, with measurable ROI delivered.
- Creative and media strategies are tightly integrated, informed by data-driven insights.
- Clients view you as a strategic advisor, not just an executor, and trust your recommendations.
- AI tools and automation embedded into daily workflows.
- Emerging tools, platforms, and AI innovations tested quarterly, with learnings shared across the team.
- Internal teams rely on you as a go-to expert for holistic, AI-enabled paid media strategy.

- Travel or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience integrating creative strategy into media buying, with an understanding of how storytelling and ad formats drive performance.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in media buying, creative testing, reporting, or forecasting; eager to test and scale new innovations.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes (e.g., bookings, revenue growth, CAC efficiency).
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex insights and confidently advise executives.
- A proactive learner and experimenter who stays ahead of industry, AI, and travel marketing trends.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. or ability to contract internationally.
