About the role
The Senior Paid Media Manager will lead strategy and performance across a portfolio of accounts at a fast-paced travel performance marketing agency. This role is for someone who is not just experienced in paid media, but actively shaping where it’s headed.
We’re looking for a marketer who is fluent in TikTok Ads, thrives on experimentation, and pushes beyond conventional tactics. You should have a strong foundation in platforms like Google and Meta, but TikTok should be where you shine. You understand how to drive results in a creator-led, fast-moving environment.
You also look for every opportunity to automate. Whether you’re using AI tools or building internal solutions, you think in systems and seek efficiency for yourself, your team, and your clients.
This role is best suited to someone who combines hands-on execution with a builder’s mindset. You’re curious, resourceful, and always looking for a smarter way to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead paid media execution across search and social channels, with a primary focus on TikTok Ads, driving acquisition and engagement through creative experimentation.
- Continuously test and refine strategy across platforms, leveraging AI tools and automation for audience targeting, creative iteration, and performance reporting.
- Stay on top of emerging trends, from platform updates to creative formats, and bring forward new campaign concepts early and often.
- Build strategic campaign roadmaps rooted in data and aligned to client goals.
Automation & Innovation
- Actively seek ways to automate repetitive workflows using AI, scripts, or no-code tools.
- Identify and prototype custom solutions that streamline reporting, performance analysis, and campaign management.
- Share findings and build repeatable processes to help scale success across the team.
Client Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as the strategic lead for your portfolio of clients; connecting business goals with tactical execution.
- Present performance insights and opportunities clearly, confidently, and regularly.
- Partner with account managers and other team members to craft integrated solutions that drive growth.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of paid media experience, with proven results across Google, Meta, and especially TikTok Ads.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools, scripts, or automation in campaign workflows. Bonus if you’ve built your own.
- A strong point of view on performance creative and how to drive results in feed-native, short-form formats.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate performance data into strategic insights.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset: You find better ways to do things, not just faster ways.
Nice To Have:
- Experience in the travel industry or performance marketing for seasonal, intent-driven verticals.
- Familiarity with tools like AdCreative.ai, ChatGPT, Zapier, or other workflow enhancers.
- Platform certifications or direct experience working with brand/creator partnerships.
- Exposure to travel ad platforms like Sojern, Expedia Media Group, or Adara.

90,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Remote)
