As Head of Growth, you'll lead Propellic's expansion while maintaining our high standards and travel industry focus. You'll manage a $500K marketing budget, run a small but mighty sales & marketing team, and work directly with the CEO to scale our impact in the travel sector. This role includes significant travel to industry events worldwide, where you'll represent Propellic and build key relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Own our agency's growth strategy and new business development
- Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Direct a $500K marketing budget to drive agency growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities with travel companies that match our expertise
- Represent Propellic at major industry events (Arival, Phocuswright, etc.)
- Build relationships with travel media outlets and industry partners
- Help travel brands understand their marketing gaps and how we can fix them
- Drive our positioning as the go-to digital agency for travel companies
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of marketing experience and examples of your work
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, content strategy)
- Natural relationship builder who can connect with C-level travel executives
- Skilled at translating technical marketing concepts for non-technical audiences
- Self-starter mentality - we're not into micromanagement
- Optional: Travel industry knowledge is a plus
- Optional: Experience managing and developing sales/marketing teams
