About the Role
The Head of Growth & Marketing Innovation is a strategic leader and a creative technologist who will drive the agency's internal marketing and revenue growth through innovative, AI-native solutions and rapid experimentation.
This high-autonomy, high-leverage role sits at the intersection of marketing, automation, and leadership, accelerating the agency’s marketing engine by launching impactful campaigns, shipping smarter systems, and scaling growth experiments across the organization.
This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a growth marketer, builds like a product engineer, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on tangible outcomes over theoretical strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive new client acquisition and agency brand visibility.
- Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities to drive agency expansion.
- Partner with leadership to set revenue and sales targets, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
AI-Powered Experimentation & Automation:
- Build and iterate on GPT agents, prompt libraries, and AI workflows to personalize, scale, and enhance marketing performance (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, segmentation, data enrichment).
- Rapidly prototype and launch growth experiments using automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, N8N) or lightweight scripting.
- Automate repetitive marketing workflows such as reporting, content repurposing, campaign QA, and CRM enrichment.
Internal Marketing & Growth Engine Leadership:
- Oversee all internal marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging across digital channels, including content marketing, PR, thought leadership, and website optimization.
- Develop and execute a B2B demand generation strategy, leveraging inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
- Optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation for lead nurturing, conversion tracking, and sales enablement.
- Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards that improve visibility, reduce manual work, and speed up campaign iteration.
- Create repeatable playbooks and internal utilities that multiply the productivity of the broader team (SDR, Paid Media, Creative, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation:
- Collaborate with department leads to translate campaign hypotheses into experiments that can be tested, tracked, and scaled.
- Stay on the edge of emerging growth tech and AI trends, sharing insights and integrating new solutions into the agency’s growth stack.
Events & Industry Engagement:
- Spearhead the agency’s event strategy, ensuring a presence at key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Develop thought leadership initiatives such as webinars, speaking engagements, and whitepapers.
- Cultivate strategic relationships within the travel and hospitality industry, leveraging connections for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, or marketing operations, ideally within an agency, startup, or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, inbound marketing, sales enablement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in HubSpot CRM management, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
- Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Tray, N8N, or lightweight scripting).
- Ability to build scrappy MVPs, including landing pages, workflows, dashboards, and data pipelines, without relying heavily on engineers.
- Expertise in events marketing, brand positioning, and digital lead generation.
- Ability to manage and optimize internal P&L, ensuring efficient resource allocation and growth.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong bias toward testing, iterating, and building, not just strategizing.
Preferred:
- Experience in or marketing to the travel or hospitality industry and knowledge of its unique landscape.
- Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and enterprise sales strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and content-driven B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience managing and scaling partnership marketing programs.
- Comfort working with structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, or Javascript.
- Strong product sense with UX instincts.
