Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for QMS? ProShop ERP is looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Management Systems (QMS) Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies that optimize our clients’ operations by ensuring the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management programs, systems, processes, and procedures. As a QMS Specialist, you will be instrumental in aligning our clients' quality management systems with industry standards, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements, and empowering them to achieve sustained success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define clear project scopes and perform assessments to identify quality management system requirements
- Provide expert guidance on interpreting and implementing policies, regulations, and internal standards to ensure compliance
- Lead the preparation for Internal and External audits
- Conduct Gap Analysis on our client's current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in the implementation of ongoing continuous improvement projects and op
Requirements
- Must be located in the USA and authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to travel within the US and Canada as 30-40% of this position requires travel to client locations (around once a month)
- Extensive experience in Document and Record Management with a strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly for document and record control
- Proven background in Quality Management and a strong pulse on industry trends and best practices
- Certification as an Internal Lead Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100,)
- Minimum 3-5 years, hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide clients through regulatory requirements and quality improvements
- Experience with QMS software and tools for document management and compliance.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to champion quality initiatives.
- Experience with Organizational Change Management.
