[About the role]


We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to lead the product vision, strategy and execution of ProtoPie’s suite of products. The ideal candidate will drive the vision, roadmap, and development of products features to validate ideas, improve user experience, and accelerate business growth.


ProtoPie aims to build products that fill the gap between designers and their stakeholders (e.g. engineers). This role will provide you opportunities to work on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and B2B enterprise systems.


[Responsibilities]

  • Understand markets, competition, user requirements in depth, and translate them to actionable product requirements and deliverables.
  • Launch new products and features, evaluate their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, UX, sales, marketing etc. on innovative solutions to hard problems.


[Qualifications]

Must

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a technical field (PO, PM, Founder role)
  • Excellent communications skills in English & Korean (verbal and in writing).
  • Proven track record of driving product vision, go-to-market strategies as well as delivering innovative user-centric products.
  • Deep understanding of UX design & prototyping domain.
  • Ability to deep dive into data using SQL or analytics tools

Plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with other design and prototyping tools
  • Familiarity with user research, usability testing methodologies and platforms.
  • Basic understanding and curiosity to learn more about the technologies as it relates to design/prototyping authoring as well as Enterprise SaaS.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.

[Working Arrangements]

  • Flexible working hours (Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST in HQ).
  • Full-time position (during the first 3 months—the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).
  • HQ: Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea
