[About the role]

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Service Designer who has experience or understanding of designing the entire ecosystem of the service and user interactions.


The responsibilities for this role include analyzing the ecosystem where ProtoPie operates, identifying and designing user touchpoints, and defining tools and services to enhance ProtoPie’s visibility and utilization and create a seamless user-centric service experience. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including customer support, sales, marketing, and product teams, to deliver impactful service design solutions.


[Responsibilities]

  • Analyzes the whole ecosystem, where ProtoPie is placed, and design touch points for users to get familiar with ProtoPie
  • Identifies pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities within the system.
  • Develops customer journey maps, service blueprints, and touchpoint inventories to visualize the service process.
  • Defines services and tools required to enhance ProtoPie's visibility and user engagement, and build them with team.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams in multi time zones to ensure the service design aligns with broader business strategies and customer needs.


[Qualifications]

Must

  • 5+ years of service design
  • Academic backgrounds
    • Interaction Design
    • Industrial Design / Product Design
    • Service Design
    • HCI/UX
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Based in Vancouver (On-site)
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English

[Working Arrangements]

  • Flexible working hours (Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM).
  • Full-time position (during the first 3 months—the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).
  • HQ: Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea
