[About the role]


We seek an experienced Online Business Manager to lead and grow ProtoPie's online sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in e-commerce or SaaS businesses, looking to make an impact in a fast-growing company.

As the Online Business Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end customer journey and drive business growth across ProtoPie's online offerings, Free, Basic, and Pro Plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product, to optimize sales, improve customer experience, and maximize revenue opportunities.


[Responsibilities]

  • Analyze customer journey and key buying factors to create and refine the overall business strategy, ensuring it aligns with ProtoPie's vision and growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive conversion from free to paid plans, focusing on immediate and long-term customer engagement.
  • Lead efforts to grow revenue by leveraging resources, including marketing, customer success, and product, to identify growth opportunities and improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and share feedback with the product team to influence future features and enhancements.
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities within the existing customer base, increasing the lifetime value of each user.


[Qualifications]

Must

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in e-commerce, or online business operations.
  • Strong experience in SaaS business and a deep understanding of how to drive growth in a subscription-based environment.
  • Ability to dive deep into data, analyze customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the business.
  • Must be fluent in communicating in a 100% English-speaking work environment.

  • A solid understanding of UX design, user experience design principles, and familiarity with the designer community.

[Working Arrangements]

  • Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST in HQ.
  • Full-time position (during the first 3 months—the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).
  • HQ: Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea
