[About the role]


We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented HR manager who has an experience or understanding of business partnering, recruiting and daily HR operations.

The main role of this position is to become sole HR contact point for our Commercial Organization. You will be responsible for all HR related processes, from recruiting to offboarding, for members located globally. This role will provide you with an overall understanding and experience in Global HR tasks, recruiting, performance evaluation, and more.


[Responsibilities]

  • Partner with senior management to help drive business performance using sound HR knowledge in the areas of workforce planning, change management, employee productivity, recruitment and selection and employee relations
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources programs relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes as well as the overall business plans
  • Mitigate risk and be proactive with legal considerations relating to local employment law
  • Support the smooth running of our global locations on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage HR Operations to support local HR processes and compliance, and mitigate workforce risk, including onboarding, employee data and benefits administration
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned


[Qualifications]

Must

  • Fluent in English & Korean (written and verbal)
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices in Korea
  • Able to work independently and create strong partnerships across the organization
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Operate autonomously with the ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
  • Comfortability with a high volume and evolving workload
  • Emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Labor Law knowledge in one or more various countries (US, Canada, UK, China, Japan)

[Working Arrangements]

  • Flexible working hours (Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST in HQ).
  • Full-time position (during the first 3 months—the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).
  • HQ: Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea
