[About the role]
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with solid experience or a strong understanding of payroll and HR operations, specifically in Compensation and Benefits.
This role will be responsible for managing monthly payroll and core HR administrative tasks related to compensation and benefits, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR services.
You will support both Korean and international payroll processes, work closely with external payroll vendors, and ensure accurate and timely HR operations. This role also contributes to maintaining well-organized HR data and processes that support employees and business teams.
This position provides hands-on exposure to general HR operations, Korean and overseas payroll, and HR administration in a growing organization.
